2019年3月12日、頸椎椎間板ヘルニアが発生し、神経が圧迫されたため、右手が硬直、痺れ、腕の痛み、首が硬直しました。多くの医師の診察を受け、多くの理学療法を行った後、状況は改善しました。しかし、2021年10月中旬に首が再び硬くなり、眠りにくかった。祈りの後、その夜、痛みは完全に無くなりました。イエス様、ありがとう！！

On March 12, 2019, my cervical intervertebral disc was herniated and compressed the nerve lines, which made my right hand stiff and numb, arm pain, and neck stiffness. After seeing many doctors and doing a lot of physical therapy, the situation improved.  But in mid-October 2021, the neck stiffened again and it was difficult to sleep. After prayer, the pain was completely gone that night, thank you , Jesus
